INTRODUCTION TO THE CLASS

This class embodies 3 loves: self love, giving love and receiving love. Tracey is the perfect guide to help you feel these three ways of expressing love in your life, as she threads inspiring words into a more gentle vinyasa yoga class.

This Sunday morning donation-based class gives you an opportunity to extend the benefits of your practice beyond your mat and out into the world. Each class will raise money for a local charity. This is an All Levels class with a short meditation practice. Teachers will rotate every few months and they will each pick their favorite charity. For April and May, the teacher is Cyndi and 75% of the donations will benefit the Bedford Country Animal Shelter.

Set the tone for your week with an uplifted, fresh start that includes others in your practice of goodness and generosity.

BENEFIT OF FLOW YOGA

“ The first half of class will connect movement with breath during an intermediate vinyasa flow aimed at building flexibility, strength, and balance. You will be guided into postures that challenge you while given the tools to cultivate inner stillness and concentration. ”

Pair this with the last half of class down on the mat holding yin poses for longer periods of time. Dropping into this poses will target the connective tissues of the body to help release deeply stored tension and greatly improve flexibility. Two styles of yoga coming together for a transformative experience.
