Each class will raise money for a local charity. This is an All Levels class with a short meditation practice. Teachers will rotate every few months and they will each pick their favorite charity. TRAINER SHARE FEELINGS<\/strong><\/p>\n\u201c The first half of class will connect movement with breath during an intermediate vinyasa flow aimed at building flexibility, strength, and balance. You will be guided into postures that challenge you while given the tools to cultivate inner stillness and concentration. \u201d<\/em><\/p>\nPair this with the last half of class down on the mat holding yin poses for longer periods of time. Dropping into this poses will target the connective tissues of the body to help release deeply stored tension and greatly improve flexibility.
